It is a development journey, helping people build sustainable careers.
It combines collective sessions with personal one-on-one coaching throughout a period of 6 months.
how do I identify participants?
We have developed an easy -to-use matrix to help you identify which employees would benefit most from the Tribe & Thrive program. The matrix is designed to guide you in spotting individuals who could gain the most value from the program, based on their current roles, challenges, and aspirations.
who developed it?
The program was initiated by a team of HR professionals from two organizations, together with the consultancy firm HazelHeartwood. It was further developed by a team of specialized coaches - Ilse Denruyter, Anouk Doore, and Catherine De Bruyne - with hands on experience in coaching employees in their personal sustainability and facilitating change at personal as well as team and organizational level.
The program has been validated by Professor Doctor Dirk De Wachter.

Sustainable growth requires ongoing reflection and adjustment. The final part of the program provides a space for participants to revisit key insights, share experiences, and refine their approach based on real-life applications. Through group discussions and peer learning, they will strengthen their ability to integrate the concepts from previous modules into daily life.
Personalized start & support throughout the journey
To ensure a meaningful and impactful experience, Tribe & Thrive combines collective sessions and one-on-one individual sessions.
The program begins with a one-on-one intake session. This session aligns expectations, helps participants set personal goals, and provides a foundation for their individual growth throughout the program.
Additionally, each participant will have the opportunity to schedule 5 personal coaching sessions with one of our expert coaches at different moments of the journey. This allows for deeper reflection, tailored guidance, and support in overcoming personal challenges.
Throughout the program, a Personal Development Plan (PDP) will be used to help participants stay focused on what matters most to them.
By setting clear intentions and tracking progress, each individual can maximize their learning and ensure long-term, sustainable growth.
